WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

For online purchases, we currently accept Paypal and credit/debit cards.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you don't. You may pay using credit or debit cards during the checkout process, without the need for a Paypal account.

We work closely with Paypal and our payment merchant STRIPE to provide a risk and hassle free payment process. We also do not collect or store such sensitive information in any form during the checkout process.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHOD & COSTS?

Customers may opt for the following:
1. Delivery via free local registered mail
2. Self collection at our City Square Mall outlet

Free Local Registered Mail

All online orders come with free local registered mail which takes around 3 working days when there are no unforeseen delays. In the event no one is home to sign off the parcel, the parcel may be left in the letterbox.

Self Collection

During checkout process, you may indicate self collection if that is your preferred method. Kindly wait for our confirmation email or call before dropping by our store to collect your order.

(Currently, self collection service is only available at our CSM outlet. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Customers may exchange their item(s) within 14 days* upon receipt of your order, whether it is sizing issues, defects or change of design.

Please note all product(s) must be unwashed and in its original condition. In2kids reserve the right to accept or reject an exchange item.

You may drop by either of our JP or CSM store to do an exchange

* Determined by "DELIVERED DATE" on Postal Service tracking information

DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR PRODUCTS?

Depending on the demand of the product, we may restock the item accordingly.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We work quickly to process your order once payment has been made & verified. Hence, in most situations, it may not be possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed & processed with confirmed payment, cancellation of order is not possible.
